Thanks Heather at the Met. office/BBC. Your weather forecast was pretty accurate today although high on the summits the wind was higher than expected. Climbing conditions are not great really in this area of the Grampians with ice axe picks pulling through the soft turf and the snow is friable with a slight ice crust and sugar below!Here we are, Andy, Jon and I on an as yet unnamed V.6 climb.
